Qatalyst’s practice spans across four main verticals: consumer / internet, enterprise software, communications technology (storage, infrastructure, networking) and semiconductors. In addition, our team actively covers areas of emerging technology including: artificial intelligence, virtual / augmented reality, autonomous vehicles, robotics and drones, among others. Our team sees itself as a participant in the technology ecosystem and strives to be at the forefront of the strategic shifts in the technology industry.
With approximately 65 team members in our San Francisco and London offices, analysts will benefit from our small teams, working closely with highly experienced senior technology bankers, and getting hands-on experience on live transactions in a multitude of industries. Analysts will learn financial modeling and analyses for our M&A and corporate finance projects, contribute to high impact strategic presentations, and participate in client interactions related to assignments.
